‘Slum Improvement Programme’ Under Kolkata Environment Improvement Programme [KEIP]
To ensure clean and healthy atmosphere in the slums. Train the slum dwellers in developing ownership of keeping the community toilets, common passage clean. Worked in 7 KMC Wards, 12 SHGs formed, more than 300+ User Groups formed, functional literacy and 4 Vocational Trainings with women were conducted.
Support for Livelihood
During the Covid lockdown and subsequently Amphan cyclone more than 4000 families were helped with daily groceries, clothes, terpoline, etc. This was done in collaboration with KFC, SCPCR, DLSA, and different philanthropic organisations.
