IPER in its long journey of four decades has successfully launched and completed several projects on different social issues. The underlying principle of all the projects that IPER ran and is running is that the future and strength of all development lies on CHILDREN.
IPER just initiated a soft skill training programme for young boys and girls who are in their early twenties to prepare them for their future life.
With protection as the focus 150 children are brought under this project supported by Government with a shelter for 25 girls who are at risk for their safety and security. This has three Contact Centres in the community for identification of children-in –crisis.
The school caters to children at the Pre-Primary and Primary stage with facility for admission in formal schools after Primary stage. Teaching pedagogy is child centric with focus on activity based learning.
The Project with 300+ children who are disadvantaged supporting their education, remedial learning support and nutrition. As a part it has local activities planned as Action for Children for fund raising.
Started as a wing of IPER ‘IPER-SWADHINA’, is a programme for empowering women with Income generation skills on tailoring and embroidery, candle making, craft with handmade papers and jute.
