In order to have a holistic impact on the development of the children IPER works with many different stakeholders . The most important actors in the life of the child are:
Community – Communities are crucial stakeholders in all development work
- Community involvement in planning through social mapping, FGDs and interaction with local CBOs
- Surveys/Baseline Surveys
- Awareness generation street dramas and rallies
- Formation of Groups
- Workshops on attitudinal change
Educational System – Education is the major focus of IPER’s work
- Setting-up Community Learning Centres taking education to the door-step of every Child
- SCHOOL-ON-WHEELS for remote areas
- Training of ladies as local educators
Health sector – Health issues are activities incorporated in all programme
- Awareness on Child protection services in Hospitals both government and private and nursing homes, out-door clinics,
- Working in cooperation with Municipal Health facilities
- Health camps on eye check-up & dental care
- Health & hygiene awareness in communities
- Workshops in slums and local areas on nutrition and diet plan for children
- Anti-smoking campaign
Family – Family is the rearing ground of the child
IPER works with the parents especially the mothers to ensure a better life for the child.
- Empowering the mothers
- Counselling to strengthen the bonding between the parents and the children
- Functional literacy class with the women
- Formation of women’s groups with training on ‘Peer Advocate Corp’ [PAC] with necessary skills

- Inducting the officials in different child welfare and protection committees
